We are on the lookout for a:

Product Compliance Specialist

who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment where you can quickly take charge of your processes and projects.

What is your role? 

As a Product Compliance Specialist you will get the opportunity to work with various departments and stakeholders internally. You are responsible for the development, improvement and monitoring of the safety data sheet process. Since you will be the expert of this topic, you provide advice within the organization and play a vital role in improving the processes.

• You are aware of the compliance process for the products within Kramp, monitor it and implement improvements.
• You ensure that knowledge about product-related legislation and regulations is constantly kept up-to-date and knowledge is documented and shared with relevant colleagues.
• You collaborate or take the lead in the further development of product compliance projects within Kramp.
• You are regularly in touch with authorities and supervise internal and external audits in the area of recycling declarations.
• Together with our external service partner, you take care of these declarations to national and international authorities.

Your team

You  will join a  team of 4 colleagues in a dynamic Product Quality & Compliance team and report to the Product Quality & Compliance Manager. You will also work cross-functionally with colleagues and stakeholders from our  24 countries in Europe.

Who are you?

For this job we have a couple of requirements:  

• A completed bachelor or master, preferably in the field of (technical) business administration, law or other relevant field.
• You enjoy the challenge of shaping product compliance processes within our international organization, the market leader in the agricultural sector.
• Affinity with Sustainability/ESG/CSR related topics, and the ambition to make a difference in this are highly recommended.
• Good communication and advisory skills and; due to the international nature of the position, excellent English and Dutch skills.
• You are able to gain useful insights from data analyzes (e.g. Excel, Tableau) and advise on possible next steps.
• You are result-oriented, you can work independently and enjoy improving decision-making.
• You are willing to work at  our office in Varsseveld for a minimum of 2 days a week.
